My name is Mr. Magoo… but don’t let the name fool you!  I am a charming fellow……smart and playful.   My foster mom rescued me from a shelter because she saw how cute I could be (everyone at the shelter walked right past me because I was a matted mess and afraid to greet people.)   My foster mom has spent a lot of time grooming me and I am starting to look very cute and handsome now!   She says my soft, non-shedding coat is something many people will love!

I really enjoy meeting new people and other pets – I am told by others that I am quite friendly.  I am good with older kids, other dogs (but not bigger male dogs) and cats (but I do like to chase the cats!)  I love to go for long walks, car rides and especially LOVE playing with my toys.  I really enjoy being “part of the family” – and always want to be included in everything they do – watch TV, hang out by the pool, cuddle in bed at night… be your best friend!     I walk great on a leash and listen to commands well.  I’m crate trained (but “mom” says I don’t need it), and have been good about my house-breaking training. 

I am really hoping to find a forever family that can keep my coat well groomed (just a quick weekly brush-out will do), will have time for walks and playtime, and who in return wants to be rewarded with “doggy hugs” and cuddle time.
