Marlee

I sent a e-mail but it does not show going thru so, I'm sending it again just incase you did not get it. Marlee is doing great, we took him to the vet and he said everything was fine. Marlee just loves his new home and he fits in great, he is very affectionate and loves to cuddly and play. The first two days he was scared and hid most of the time and did not eat alot . Once he got familiar with his surroundings and us he came out of his shell and was playing, eating and he is very spunky!!!! We did notice the other day when looking at his teeth, that the one that looks like a fang has a peice of gum hanging down over it and the little teeth in front look a little black. Someone told me that the gum hanging over could be a abscess or boil and to have his teeth clean. So, we will make an appointment with the vet to see what that could be and have his teeth clean. Other than that you can rest assure that he is in a happy and healthy home and he just loves being here. We new when we first saw him that he was special and we had to have him and we are glad that we did get to take him home. Thanks again. David Korduba

Mako

We have re-named Mako and now call him Snoopy. He is very well and a typical mischievous puppy...LOL...The only problem we are having is potty training him otherwise all is well.

Maverick

Maverick is doing great. He has totally filled the spot of wanting a great pet. He is still very much so Maverick when it comes to barking and getting along with others and other dogs. I think he is coming around great with the change in his environment. I'm very happy with him. He brings a smile to my face every time I see him. I try to take him everywhere with me because I hate to leave him home. I'm so glad to have found him. Victoria

Minnie

Date: 22.02.2011 10:56 Well Minnie has settled in nicely. She went for her wellness check-up up and have also taken her to our vet for a meet & greet, rabies tags and to set her up on heartworm and flea pill. I think in a month or so she will go to get her teeth cleaned. We have two other dogs and they all get along great, especially with our daschound. She loves to play with toys. I pick them all in the basket, she drags them all out and about. We have adjusted her name as Minnie is not quite our cup of tea. When I first saw her I associated her with the color yellow and wanting a yellow collar for her. Not luck in that department but went for a brown with yellow trim. Goes great with her coloring. When we got home we pulled out the Hawaiian/English dictionary and started looking up word befitting her personality. We ended up with Mele or MeleMele (Mel – E) . Mele = Yellow or MeleMele = song. She quickly picked up on the name and there you have it. . .Our MeleMele! Mele learns quickly, great fun to have and hold, part of our family and is now in her forever home! Michele Ardecki-Stewart

Mason

Sammy aka Mason has adapted extremely well. His now two brothers love him very much and to our surprise our springer spaniel has taken on a mother like role. Sammy is very well behaved and has learned how to sit and stay. He has also learned very quickly how to go to the door when he has to out. We love him very much!! I will send pictures in a second email. Thank you for the opportunity to adopt him. Henry
