Description:

My Mom was tied to a tree in her owners backyard in AL. This was where she lived. Her owners witnessed a fluffy black/white "Border Collie" mating with her. The owners then put her in the car and drove her to the kill shelter. She was supposed to be put to sleep on Thursday and A Second Chance saved her the day before my Mom and unborn siblings were supposed to die. I was born on 4/26/16 in a nice, cozy foster home here in FL.
