Dallas is a very loving and beautiful dog. While she may be almost six years old, she's truly a pup at heart and still has plenty of energy for long walks or for some fun sessions of fetch. She grows very attached to her owners and, as her foster mom, she follows me around from room to room like my own little shadow. She isn't talkative at all and only barks if she sees another dog outside the window or when a person first enters the house. Dallas loves kisses, hugs, and of course, belly rubs. She is 100% housetrained and has never had an accident inside the house. She also doesn't jump on any furniture whatsoever, she'll just happily plop beside your feet while you watch television on your couch. She is just such a little sweetheart and is an extremely gentle and loving. She is, however, quite shy and skittish around new people, dogs, or while in public places, so a calm and quiet home would be perfect for her. She walks fairly well on her leash, but she does pull during the first few minutes of the walk, but besides that she walks beautifully. She will also pull on her leash when in public places, like Petco or any other store. However, she did absolutely love going to the dog beach and would leap into the water to go fetch her tennis ball. While off leash at the dog beach, she will walk right beside you and won't stray away and will always come when her name is called. Dallas is just such a sweet, loving girl who needs a place to call her own.
