Special Needs: ASC Client number: 3343 (DOB 2/22/2017) Patient Info # 35327 Re Marty Maraschino Diagnosis: Corneal Dermoid Cyst OS (left eye)-see definition under sponsorship Next Visit: Animal Eye Specialty Clinic on June 1st visit@4pm. Address:2239 S. Kanner Hwy, Stuart, Fl 34994 Phone: 772 220-8485. Treatment Recommendation: Superficial eye keratectomy to remove cyst. If everything looks good, surgery date will be scheduled. Surgeries are done every Wednesday and are usually booked within a week of visit (or when she is 4 months old). Current Treatment: Eye drops(Optixcare) to be placed in eye 4-12/day. Surgery date scheduled for 6/21/17 drop off at 8:00 am, surgery at 11:00 with pick up later that day. Surgical Follow-up: Surgery itself has good recovery rate. Will need to follow up with surgeon at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 6 months. Cone will need to stay on 24 hours/day until first follow up visit at 2 weeks. There will be 2-3 different eye drops that will need to be applied. No bandage, typically no sutures.
