Special Needs: Weakness in back legs

Description:
As a little pup he had some trauma to his spine (surrogate mom stepped on him???) and he has weakness in his back legs and may need a future wheelchair to help stabilize him. He can stand and walk but falls over. Physical therapy (swimming and standing exercises have helped)
