My name is Chance!  I am not sure why I need to get surgery, but they say I was born with a deformity and need to loose my leg.  I think it's just fine because I don't know any different, I walk on it, but I guess I will do what my doctor says!  They say I will be more comfortable with three legs and I will still be able to run and play!
