Hi, I'm Calliope (Kah-LI-o-pee), or Callie, for short. I was what you would call a well-loved stray.  Since I was such a lovebug, the people in the community I lived in took very good care of me and I got lots of loving from them, so it was almost like I had a home of my own.  But one day I had kittens, and some nice people brought me to A Second Chance so me and my kittens could get raised in a safe, secure place and get loving forever homes.  Its easy to see why I was so popular.  I like to follow humans around like a dog and give and get affection whenever I can. (I'm also really pretty)

As for other pets: After a few weeks I got along fine with the other cat at my foster house once he became cool with my kittens, but it took me about a month for me to accept the dogs.  I'm still not a big fan of dogs, so I would prefer to go to a home without them, as I tend to give them a little attitude.... which doesn't go over well.
