Special Needs: Had C Section at Gardens Animal Hospital
2/5/16.
Description: It was a dreary Sunday night and was found wondering in South Florida very ready to babies. I was very lost and alone until the nice people at Whiskers and Tales found me and called A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue And before you know it, I was in a foster home safe and sound all in the same night. We went from dreary to dreamy. Then I went into labor and started feeling very weak. I could feel a lot of pain but nothing was happening so I was rushed to Gardens Animal Hospital where my prognosis was not good. After stabilizing me, I heard the Dr say we had to do a C Section. Then one after the next, I had 7 little sacks of joy. It took a team of eight people to stimulate each of my babies and get them to breath, clean out their airways and help us enter this world. The smallest of my babies was the first out but I'm so sad to tell you, he did not make it :(. The team tried for hours but he was to weak and small. RIP precious baby. My other six are lively, healthy, happy, and fun. 5 boys and one girl.... It took a village to save me and I am so grateful. My medical expenses were sponsored by PETCO FOUNDATION. What an amazing team effort. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. BTW- We are all ready for our forever homes now.
