I am a very scared dog.  I lived my first three years confined to a small bathroom and was allowed out to mate with a female dog to make puppies.  I was not socialized or given love and pets.  I am fearful of going in and out of outside doors.  I am afraid when my foster mom reaches out to pet me and I run away.  I have lived with my foster mom for 14 months now and although she is slowly gaining my trust and I have come a long way, I may never be over some of my fears.
