Oprah

Hello all at A Second Chance!

We are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO beyond glad that we found Oprah and made her a part of our lives. She was a super easy puppy to train and a total joy to be around. She has a full closet of clothes and more toys than days in the year. She loves swimming and is so calm during bath time.

Her vet says she was the most behaved dog getting shots that he has seen in such a long time. We could not have asked for a more perfect pet.

By the way we found out she is a Jackabee (Jack Russell and Beagle). I have attached a few photos of her at home. She knows her home and is so protective of it. Even my mom's health has improved more than expected, just from playing with her everyday.

Oscar

Good Morning Kathy, Oscar is now called Niko. Niko is amazing he is completely a Momma's Boy but he goes to most people too. He is a little chicken sometimes but more and more he is getting over it. He is also quite the beach puppy. He loves digging holes in the sand and running around. He also loves his toys, fetch has to be his favorite game. He is becoming quite the listener we know how to sit and come. Were working on lay and speak. He is up to date on all his vaccines and in a week we go back for rabies because thats what the Vet wanted. Niko is the perfect match for us we love him. Thank you for giving us the chance we couldn't be more thankful! Colleen Schweithelm

Oleander

Hi Kathy! We renamed Oleander. She is now Fran. She is doing just great and has been a wonderful little addition to our family. She just came on in that first day like she had always been with us. She gets along with everyone she meets. My daughters Jack Russell, Fred-and Fran are the best of buddies. Everytime I take them out together I get so many comments on how cute they are. She is very well behaved and SUCH a little lap dog. Thanks for putting her in my life! Jennie Byers

Omelette

Both puppies are wonderful. We changed their names to Shayna and Gracie. I have their chip numbers registered for life. We have made nametags with their name and our phone numbers. They just went on vacation to the mountains in upstate New York and they were well behaved in the car and had a great time playing all over the yard. Omlette and Olivia (Shayna and Gracie) are great and we love them very much.
