Ranger

Just giving you an update on Ben...formerly Ranger.

He is beyond fantastic.  Really and truly the best behaved dog I have ever owned.  He is a pleasure to live with and gets along with anyone at the dog park and primarily his bitchy sister, Maya.  She really rules the roost and he plays along just like he's known her all his life.  Super gentle Ben is a doll, unless he sees a cat or duck, then it's a herding game gone wild but he is learning to listen well, even under ultra hard distractions. 

He is a dog that can go anywhere and do anything.  I can proudly say I was another one of your foster falures.   So thank you!  Ben is amazing!

Dear A Second Chance:

Words can't even begin to express the changes that Bosco (formerly Reggie) has made in my life. He brings so much fun and joy to me every single day. He has become my best friend and loyal companion.

Bosco has a great sweet personality and is very funny. He likes to hide his dog treats around the house in various places and then he goes back and finds them. It is very funny! He has adapted very well.

Thank you so much for changing my life!

Sorry it took so long to reply, I am not quite used to this instant stuff. On the other hand Rosko and I are getting quite used to each other, and both of us are adapting very well. Underneath all his bluster and schipperkeness (a word as unique as the breed) is a fellow that just wants to be loved, protected, and, of course, boss of all he surveys. I hope Rolex, the other schipperke, has found a good home, and is making someone as happy as Rosko has made us. Pics will soon be on the way , I have many and editing is not my long suit. Good Morning! Rolex's new name is Shameous! My son was born on St Patrick's Day and has begged for 10 years for a kitten. Shameous has fit right in to our family and we are all extremely happy. He has quite the personality!!! I've sent a few pictures from my camera phone. (Please let me know if you don't receive them.) Thank You again for all you do to save these precious animals!
