Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. hi kathy! thank you for asking about tooti..she has brought great joy to our home and is a new friend to our other adopted pup harley..we call them our girls ! tooti's name has been changed to vespa and she has accepted that very well..she has full run of our fenced back yard with the access of a doggy door and loves to run and play with our kitties as well as harley ..i am a novice with the computer so i amnot able to send a picture..but she has grown to 7 lbs so far and is just a bundle of energy..but when night time comes she is more than willing to sleep with us and harley all snuggy in the blankets..thank you for allowing us to have vespa in our lives... dorothy and terry tucker
