Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Hi Ruth: This is such a coincidence, I was just telling a friend about A Second Chance this morning! Otis is the best dog, we love him so much! He is healthy, active and loves to play. He is also very smart and protective. Our family often talks about the way he came to us and how perfect he fit into our lives. Do you remember bringing me & my husband to your home to meet him? We tell that story to our daughters while Otis is curled in bed with them. We often wonder about his sisters, do you have any information about them or pictures that you could share?
