Butterscotch

Kathy: Hello About a month ago I went on your second chance web site under the guest book tab and wrote about Butterscotch . I also hit the contact us button and wrote a paragraph and sent several pictures. Last December we lost our cat of 16 years to health issues. At that time I didn't think I could have another cat as it was so hard for our family when he died. On February 15th I had a total hip replacement, and one day after physical therapy on my walker we went into pet smart to get a gift certificate for my son at college that has a cat. I saw Butterscotch and he was sleeping in the cube with his legs up. I told me husband then, that I had to have him. I was very persistent in calling your agency and finally it happened. I really thought he was the most precious cat I had ever seen. What's funny is that due to my hip I was not supposed to be out at all, other than going to the doctor. The night we adopted I could barely stand on my walker I was in so much pain. My husband and I purchased everything we could think of for Butterscotch. The woman from your agency that met us was great, I don't remember her name but she was wonderful. I believe that Butterscotch has helped my healing process. He is an absolute delight, and I am so glad we walked into pet smart that night. We love him dearly. I have enclosed several pictures.
