Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Goober

Goober, now Bailey is doing terrific!!! He adjusted to his new home and sister(my yorkie, Shayna) immediately. He has also taken over the hearts of anyone who meets him. I e-mailed you 5 days after I brought him home to say thank-you for allowing me to adopt him and make him a most welcomed member of my family. However, I am now wondering if you ever received it. I apologize. He is growing and now weighs 2 pounds and his back paws are now filled with hair. He has more toys than I have shoes and believe me I have alot. As soon as I can figure out how to get his pictures to download to your sight I will send them. They are on my Facebook page. Thank-you again for all the wonderful work you do and bringing Bailey (Goober) into Shayna's and my lives.
