Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Eve

Thanks again for all your help during this process. We're SO happy to have Eve as part of our family. We changed her name to Molly Tekila, as my daughter chose Molly and my son chose Tekila! She is a loving dog, but a little bit shy with strangers, so we've been introducing her regularly to all our friends and she is doing great! She is interacting a little bit more every time! She definitely loves kids and she is wonderful around them!

Since we got her she is the one in charge of waking up the kids in the morning! It's so funny because she does it by kissing them until they're awake! They call her affectionately the "kissing monster."
