Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Good afternoon, This is Mrs. Tetreault. How are you? We named our new dog Jenna and she is doing wonderfully. She has adjusted well to our home, our 3 kids and our 10 year old pekanese. Jenna has grown so much grown so much since we adopted her. She is a lot of fun, very playful and the kids just adore her. We took her for the initial check up to the vet listed in the packet we received. Jenna did well with her exam. She is now due for an additional shot. Can you advise as to where we would take her for the free one you had indicated at the time of the adoption. Otherwise, I can just take her to our doctor we take our pekanese to.
