Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Ginger

Dear Second Chance, "Ginger" is now known as "Charlie". She is doing WONDERFUL and has grown and blossomed into one of the most BEAUTIFUL dogs we have ever seen. In the attached pictures you can see how she helps with homework, is ready for Football Season, and yes, she can show off her "girlie side". She starts Puppy classes on Sept.15th and one of her favorite things to do on Sunday is go to Pooch Pines Dog Park and play with all her new friends. She is so extremely smart and extremely spoiled! She knows how to work our heart strings. She is the highlight of our family and we feel so extremely blessed to have her in our lives. If you have the opportunity to come visit, we would love it.
