Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Mork

Hi Second Chance! Mork and our family are doing wonderful! We have renamed him, Darwin, which he hasn't protested against. :) He has seemed to adjusted very quickly and is growing even faster . He is about 24 pounds now (he was only 13 when we adopted him just 7 weeks ago) We have loved every minute with him and couldn't have asked for a sweeter puppy. He is enrolled in obedience training right now and has learned the basic commands but still has all of his puppy energy. My husband and I love him so much and are so happy we were able to add to our little family. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and continued dedication to finding hundreds of homes for puppies just like our Darwin. (Mork). There are some attached pictures for you as well.
