Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Valen

Good morning! Valen is doing great!!! We didnt change his name...he already answered to it so we kept it! He is such a little sweetie! We are so happy to have him. He is doing great potty training...a few accidents here and there but thats expected. He is a bit allergic to the pollen so hopefully it goes away soon. It caused an ear infection and the Vet gave us drops. But other than that he is wonderful! The kids are so excited they FINALLY got a puppy! We are leaving for Tn on Friday so Valen will go on his first road trip. Thank you so much for everything. When we return we would love to volunteer at an adoption event!
