Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. And Happy Friday from Cleo and C.C. (formerly known as Cow Girl). My partner took some pictures of C.C.'s new bed....she is loving it and we ADORE her. She stops people traffic wherever she goes. She has met all of her people family and a few canine and feline cousins. We went to see Dr. Fox at the RBAH....what a special place full of loving and wonderful people!!! I haved decided to have C.C. go there for her care. By the way, C.C. is her nickname -- her full name is Cafe Con Leche. We will be out to the Chili Cook-Off in April. My publicist has been tweeting about how wonderful A Second Chance Rescue is and I have directed 5 people to your site to fill out adoption papers. C.C. is an excellent ambassador for Second Chance Rescue. We are committed as a family to promote and assist you all as much as we can.
