Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Hello A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue:

We adopted Nathan on March 24, 2012 and life has not been the same! We love him and are so blessed to have him in our lives! His name is now Tank and he is our precious baby! He goes with us everywhere! He is such an amazing, well behaved, friendly boy! He loves playing with other dogs at the doggie park, chasing after balls, playing tug-a-rope, and loves to swim. He's full of energy and is always happy. He's incredibly smart, loves to do all the obstacles at the dog park, and is really good at following directions.

When we originally brought him home, we barely had to potty train him (Please tell the foster mom we said THANK YOU, YOU'RE AWESOME!) We are so happy to have him in our lives, We couldn't ask for a better pup! Thank you so much for bringing him into our lives!
