Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Marshmallow

Marshmallow is now called "Rigby" and he is doing very well on his daily walks with me. He is learning his name and is doing well with his house training. He was a bit underweight when we brought him home, but has been eating well and beginning to put a little weight back on. Rigby is very playful and has a small problem with chewing, but a new chew toy has solved that issue. He loves to sit at my feet and follow me around the house. He is turning out to be the little companion I needed and was looking for. I believe we are both happy and less lonely in our new little family.
