Lexy should be in a patient, loving and present household. She attaches herself to her person. Preferably in an adult only home, or a household with older children who truly understand that she needs to be handled very gently.  A harsh word should never be directed toward her...she’s too sensitive and eager to please.  She adores her walks and even sits calmly (even though she is excited) when we attach her leash.  She has even tugged the leash off of the table and dragged it over to me!  Lexy is very smart and acutely aware of everything going on in the house. When I sit down, she wants to cuddle on my lap...not insistently but in a polite way.  Perhaps a senior couple who want a constant companion and exercise pal?  Lexy is so gentle...giving kisses and asking for tummy rubs in the cutest way.  She is good with my Cavalier Spaniel but primarily seeks out myself or my daughter.  She sits in my lap in the car and travels well.  She doesn't love her crate because in her previous home it was used as a means of neglect instead of as a safe haven.  I only put her in it at night.
